This fabulous new 8-week class is based on the same principles and practices of our original 10-week course - but it is updated and uplifting! We blend the Science of Mind principles with The Four Agreements to give us practical ways and powerful tools to live authentically, consciously, and with more joy.  The Foundations class is the only pre-requisite.
