Join the tens of thousands of people who join the Feast for 40 days each year, and commit to intensifying their heartfelt spiritual practice. Light on the Mountains will have a 15 minute live meditation Mondays through Saturdays at 9:00 AM during this period on Livestream.

This class will be given on Zoom only so students can avoid winter condition roads.
