Light on the Mountains is offering the first in a series of online classes that will introduce you to what we teach and how it works for you. 

The 4-week introductory class, "Spiritual Living Sampler," is informative, experiential, fun, and very practical. You will meet students from our local Wood River Valley, other parts of Idaho, and friends from our global community.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer, and preferably, a headset with a microphone - no smart phones or tablets, as the class is interactive with video, audio, and chat window participation.
No textbook required.
