Each year, we have an annual meeting per our by-laws. During our meeting, we give a financial summary of the last year, elect two new council members to replace the two whose terms are ending, and to answer any general questions that anyone might have.

Everyone is encouraged to attend, but only registered members may vote. Most voting takes place on-line pryor to the meeting, but in-person voting is allowed for those who were not able to vote on-line.

To be on the Council, you must be a registered member and either have taken the Foundations of Science of Mind class or committ to take it the next time it is offered. 

The meeting takes place within a few minutes of the close of our Sunday morning service; approximately at 10:45 AM.
