Foundation of Spiritual Principles is a ten week class designed to help you change the direction of your life. You will learn about spiritual tools and principles that will help you set clear intentions and goals as you shift your beliefs about yourself and the world around you.

This class if offered in two parts. Part one consists of the first four weeks: you may choose to take this as an introduction if you feel you are not ready to attend all ten weeks.

Foundation of Spiritual Principles is the prerequisite for most classes taught at Light on the Mountains.
