Step into the groove where yoga meets music. Root down and feel your spirits rise with the sweet vibration of Leraine Horstmanshoff’s rhythms. Leraine plays guitar, keyboards, banjo, and digeridoo—and she’ll create a unique soundtrack to inspire our practice.

 Laurie Wertich and Tener Rogers will lead a rhythmic, soulful yoga flow designed to build heat, open the heart, and lift the spirit. We’ll flow through a series of standing and balance postures before we turn our practice inward, finding the spaces in between the breath, and aligning with our own center. We’ll close with a deliciously long savasana guaranteed to open your heart.

 Come align yourself to the rhythm—of music, yoga, and self—as we breathe, bend, play, and explore together.

Class is limited to 25 attendees. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open heart. (Extra yoga mats will be available for use.)
